How can I help you?

The Federal Debt Resolution Program always puts its clients first. We offer the highest level of customer service available. Here are some examples of our service that are unique to our program:

When you enroll in the program, your Debt Resolution Specialist will be your customer service contact throughout the program. This means that you will not be calling into a customer service department and getting a new person each time.

Your debt arbitrators are the most educated and experienced in the business. These are going to be the people negotiating your debt, so they need to be good at it, don’t they? Our debt arbitrators have 3 qualifications when coming on board with FDR.

1) They must have at least a 4-year University degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.
2) They must have lengthy experience in Debt Settlement and Financial Service.
3) They must be IAPDA certified. The IAPDA is the International Association of Professional Debt Arbitrators. This is the highest certification a Debt Arbitrator can have.

You will have a working relationship with your Debt Arbitrator. You will be assigned one Debt Arbitrator to your case. This will be the person negotiating each debt for you.

You will receive regular calls from your Debt Arbitrator and Debt Resolutions Specialist. You do not have to wait until something comes up to call, we will keep regular contact with you.
